Anne Sullivan leads our executive coaching practice.  An ICF accredited executive coach and supervisor with broad experience as a City-trained commercial solicitor and a 21-year career as a senior BBC executive leading multi-disciplinary teams. Anne brings insightful rigour to identifying client needs,  and creativity and humour to finding solutions.  She combines a straightforward, commercial and analytical approach with an ability to quickly develop productive relationships and inspire lasting change. 

Lynn Watkinson is our account manager.  A creative and down to earth executive coach with experience gained working in travel, telecommunications, retail, FMCG, professional and financial services. MCIPD qualified, with a 20 year career in Human Resources underpinning her practice, Lynn has a great understanding of what it takes to thrive in organisational life at all levels. Her passion to develop people and teams has seen her delivering programmes across Europe, Brazil and Russia. Inevitably, the importance of coaching and challenging the senior teams she partnered throughout her career in HR provided a natural progression to the coach profession.  

   Our coaches are outstanding in their field and they are managed and mentored by equally great coaches. Together we exist to make a tangible difference to the performance and resilience of our clients through world-class executive coaching interventions.  Our coaches have industry-leading coaching qualifications and the highest international accreditation, our coaches can all demonstrate a depth of practical experience and considerable success in senior business leadership roles as standard. All high-achievers, many from blue-chip, FTSE100 companies and several from high-flying, entrepreneurial backgrounds.
